Domestic violence is an ever increasing problem in our world today.  Living in an environment where you are not safe, either emotional or physically is a scary and uncomfortable situation to be in.  You may feel helpless and hopeless with nowhere to go, no one to turn to and no choice except to accept the abuse or be on the streets. 

 

NECD, Inc. has a solution for you.  We will be opening a domestic violence shelter to provide you with a safe place to stay while a case manager assists you in finding a more permanent place to call home.  Our shelter is completely confidential and the location is secret so you will be safe. 

 

While here, you will receive counseling and case management services as well as meals and 24 hour staff support.
